  Diabolical! Our driver had no concept of logistics, he double-backed, dropping off people in random order during the night... actually morning! The excursion took over 6 hours to get everybody home! My personal favourite part of the trip was the coin collection from his customers at the Mersey Tunnel.
  
  Their concept of Social Media Complaints is hilarious. We received an irate call at our office from somebody who looks after their social media, wanting to complain about our complaining on Google! That's what Google Reviews is for, 'Pat'!

  The company I work for had arranged service from this Pat's Coaches and unfortunately it was a massive shambles. Even though we paid for multiple vehicles to pick us up, and transfer us from the Aintree Race course venue and take us home, they hadn't organised the journey and it took over 5 hours for us to get home. No only did this ruin the night, but it ruined our plans for the following day as I didn't arrive home till 6.30am. I would have been much happier if they had explained the scenario at any point for me to arrange my own transport home and arrive home a reasonable hour. Above the fact that the journey took so long the driver reversed into a sign while turning the bus around, and was driving on the wrong side of the road round the the Overton bends.
  Even though the company were apologetic on the night, we have tried contacting them multiple times since and received no apology or refund (on the £650)
  I would never recommend this company to anyone.
